Bac Ninh Department of Construction has just issued a Notice publicly announcing the sale of social housing at the Investment and Construction Project (EIA) of the Social Housing Area serving the industrial park in Ho town, Thuan Thanh district (phase 2 in 2026), now belonging to Thuan Thanh ward.
Accordingly, the social housing project has a total land use area of 17,990.6m2, a construction area of about 7,800m2 including 4 social housing buildings, each building 15 floors high, with a total of 1,396 apartments. The project is invested by Lan Hung Group Joint Stock Company.
To date, the project has completed 2 buildings, 2 buildings have not been built. Among them, CT1 building has 373 apartments, CT2 building has 418 apartments, CT3 building has 230 apartments, CT4 building has 375 apartments.
Currently, building CT3 has completed construction, is organizing acceptance to complete the project and put it into use; building CT2 has completed the rough construction, is completing plastering, tiling, and paving. Buildings CT1 and CT4 have not been constructed. The overall project is expected to be completed in June 2027.
In this phase, the project opens for sale, lease, and lease-purchase a total of 19 apartments. In which, for CT3 apartments, the selling price is 12,400,000 VND/m2; CT2 apartments have a selling price of 12,874,000 VND/m2. The price includes value-added tax and maintenance costs.

Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in the country in terms of social housing development results. In 2025, the province completed nearly 20,000 social housing units, accounting for about 20% of the country's total supply.
In 2026, the province is assigned a target of 19,000 units, higher than Hanoi, but the province sets a target to continue to complete over 20,000 units.
