On May 15, the Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board (Lam Dong) reported the successful auction results of 32 public land lots.
Previously, the City Construction Investment Project Management Board and relevant agencies coordinated with the Lam Dong Province Property Auction Service Center to organize the auction.
These plots of land are located in Quarter 9 under the detailed planning for the construction of the Urban Area of the Ward 1 Expansion Center.
The above plots of land all have an area of 84 m2/plot. The total starting price for the auction is 77.712 billion VND.
Of which 13 plots have a starting price of VND 2,688 billion/lot; 16 plots of land starting price 2,016 billion/lot; 2 plots of land starting 2,613 billion VND/lot and 1 lot with a starting price of VND 5,285 billion.
The auction had more than 300 individuals submitting applications to participate.
All plots of land were successfully auctioned with a total winning bid of VND 155.806 billion (an increase of more than VND 78.094 billion compared to the starting price).
Of which, lot A19 increased the most with the winning auction amount of 15.05 billion VND.
From this auction result, the Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board will coordinate with specialized agencies to complete the procedures for the City People's Committee to issue a decision to recognize the winning auction results.
Previously, the Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board organized 2 public land auctions in the area.
In particular, the auction on March 28 successfully auctioned 26 public land lots in 2 areas: Quarter 9 under the detailed construction planning of the Urban Area of Ward 1 and Residential Area of Nguyen Khuyen Street, Ward 2.
The auction results of 26 land lots have earned VND54.315 billion (an increase of more than VND13.6 billion compared to the starting price).
The second auction on April 21 with 20 public land lots in Quarter 9 under the detailed planning for the construction of the Urban Area of the Ward 1 Expansion Center.
The auction results of 20 public land lots have earned VND51.78 billion (an increase of more than VND19.14.14 billion compared to the starting price).
