According to VARS, real estate supply in Da Nang has increased sharply over the past year. Upcoming projects continue to record good absorption rates, in which the main segment is still high-end apartments. The price level has tended to increase again, approaching the peak in 2019 with a difference of about 15 - 20%.

Land reclamation of 353 households for the connecting road project in Hai Phong
The City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 4234/QD-UBND, the decision approving the adjustment (2nd time) of the project connecting Nguyen Luong Bang Street with Tran Nhan Tong Street. Accordingly, the project area is increased by 22.23 hectares. The total investment value of the project is 408 billion VND, an increase of nearly 190 billion VND compared to before. Of which, the total cost of site clearance is more than 340.374 billion VND, an increase of nearly 188.6 billion VND compared to before.
The authorities will reclaim 22.23 hectares of adjacent land along both sides of the road. A total of 353 households have land subject to project recovery, including 351 households using agricultural land and 2 households with residential land.

After completion, the project will contribute to meeting the transportation needs of people in the area and neighboring areas, gradually meeting the criteria of a type I urban area according to Decision No. 1337/QD-UBND dated July 11, 2016 of the City People's Committee. At the same time, create a land fund for socio-economic development in Phu Lien ward, serve land management and urban beautification.

Truong Ha Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of a land use rights auction for 65 residential plots in Truong Ninh commune, Quang Tri province. The plots of land have an area of 214.7m2 to 565.4m2, with starting prices ranging from 204.891 million VND to 701.505 million VND per plot.
The subjects eligible to participate in the auction are individuals who are subject to land allocation by the State with land use fees collected according to the provisions of the Land Law, have a need to use land to build houses according to the approved planning, and comply with the law on land and property auctions.
Participants must have full civil act capacity, submit valid and timely registration documents. The documents were purchased and submitted directly to Truong Ha Joint Stock Auction Company.
