A long line of people waiting to submit documents to buy social housing in Hanoi
The social housing project under construction in Dong Anh commune (Hanoi) has attracted a large number of people to line up to submit documents, many of whom have to go from the dark side.
Starting from October 21, the Ministry of National Defense's 319 Corporation - the investor of the Uy No social housing project (Dong Anh commune, Hanoi) began receiving documents. According to PV on October 24, although it had been more than 3 days since the investor started receiving the application, since more than 7am, people had long lines waiting to submit the application. Many people said they arrived at the project at 3am to reserve their seats.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tu (Hung Yen province), a mechanical worker and currently renting a room in Co Nhue area, said that he had received project information many months ago and was just waiting for the time to receive the application to submit.
"I thought it would be very crowded on the first day, so I had to wait a few days to get there, but I didn't expect it to be so crowded, yesterday I came but didn't get my turn because many people had been lining up since 2-3am. In the petition sent to Hai Phong City Police, Mr. Do Van Huu accused 6 people related to transactions and land sales in village 7, Kien Bai commune, the old Thuy Nguyen district, now Thien Huong ward, Hai Phong city).
Mr. Huu said that the group of land brokers appropriated 450 million VND from the difference in his land sale and showed signs of "tax evasion" to pay to the state budget. 27 land lots in Ninh Binh are being auctioned, starting from 6.5 million VND/m2
Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 27 land lots in Giao Binh commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total area of the auctioned land is 2,766.4m2, divided into 27 lots with an area of 84.5 - 130m2. The starting price ranges from 6.5 to 9.35 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 650 million VND to more than 1 billion VND per plot, with the total starting price of the entire plot of land being more than 20.4 billion VND.
The price step applied to all land lots is 100,000 VND/m2, as a basis for determining the valid bid price of the auction participant.
Registration documents are sold and received at two locations: the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company (from 8:00 a.m. on October 27 to 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2025) and the headquarters of Giao Binh Commune People's Committee (formerly Giao Yen Commune People's Committee, Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province) from 8:00 a.m. on October 30 to 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2025.
