Adjusting the planning of 700-hectare urban and service areas in Bac Ninh
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on approving the Project to locally adjust the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of VSIP Bac Ninh Urban and Service Area.

The decision stated that the VSIP Bac Ninh Urban and Service Area detailed planning project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee for adjustment in May 2018, after more than 7 years of implementing the adjusted project, up to now, the project has basically completed the investment in the construction of technical infrastructure, basically completed the construction of low-rise housing projects.
However, during the implementation of the investment project, there were some shortcomings and difficulties in implementing the investment project and attracting investment, such as the arrangement of commercial and service functions was not concentrated, the population size distributed in the scattered mixed plots of land has not been highly effective in attracting investment.

Da Nang approves 1,200 billion VND social housing project
On June 26, according to information from the Office of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the locality has just approved the investment policy for the Social Housing Project in the area near Tuyen Son Bridge, expected to provide nearly 831 apartments to people with a total investment of 1,225 billion VND.
The social housing project is invested in land plot A2-4, My An ward, Ngu Hanh Son district on a land plot of more than 7,000 m2, with a maximum scale of 31 floors above ground and 2 basements.

The apartments are designed in a closed space, complying with national technical regulations with a diverse usable area, from a minimum of 25m2 to a maximum of 70m2. The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Yen Bai province invested 300 billion VND to measure and map the cadastral area in Van Chan, Van Yen, Mu Cang Chai districts and Nghia Lo town.

The project of surveying and surveying cadastral land in Van Chan, Van Yen, Mu Cang Chai districts and Nghia Lo town, Yen Bai province was approved under Decision No. 633 dated March 28, 2025 of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province.
This is a Group B project with a total investment of 300 billion VND, invested by the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Yen Bai province.
According to Lao Dong, on June 24, Sen Vang Hanoi Investment Consulting and Management Joint Stock Company (the bidding unit) has just issued a notice inviting bids for Package No. 07: Do Da, and make cadastral maps in Van Yen and Mu Cang Chai districts of the project.
Package No. 07 is priced at more than 140 billion VND from the provincial budget and other legal capital sources, with an implementation period of 24 months. See more...
Can Tho plans to handle surplus public assets after merger
Implementing the policy of arranging and merging administrative units according to the 2-level local government model, the Department of Finance of Can Tho City has compiled the situation of facilities for merger in three localities: Can Tho City, Hau Giang Province and Soc Trang Province.

According to the statistics, the total number of working headquarters and career facilities under the management of the three localities is about 4,500. Of which, 3,674 facilities continue to be used. The number of surplus facilities after the restructuring of the apparatus and administrative units is 367 facilities.
In Can Tho City alone, there are a total of 1,582 workplaces. After reviewing, 1,356 facilities continued to be used, 142 facilities were determined to be redundant due to not being suitable for location, needs for use or exceeding standards and norms. See more...
