Before July 1, the handover of land records from districts to communes and wards is being urgently implemented by Hanoi City to ensure uninterrupted rights of the people.
When districts and towns stop their intermediary administrative functions, the handover of land records to communes and wards becomes a major concern for people who are carrying out procedures related to houses and land. 170 households have been relocated from the oldest industrial park in Vietnam
On June 25, leaders of Dong Nai province worked on the investment progress and construction planning at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.
According to the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City, up to now, about 170 households out of a total of 225 households have been relocated.
Regarding the relocation of enterprises, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has drafted a first-round compensation and support plan for 17 companies (including 7 companies in priority areas) and sent it to companies to collect opinions on the draft.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the relocation of households and individuals from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park must be completed before June 30, and the relocation of enterprises must be completed before August 1. These are unchanged implementation milestones.

HCMC will auction land along 5 metro lines, expected to collect 152,000 billion VND
Ho Chi Minh City plans to collect about VND152,000 billion from the auction of land along 5 metro lines, including lines 1, 2, 3a, 4 and 5.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has just submitted to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee the project "Effective management and use of land resources to create development investment resources in Ho Chi Minh City".
According to the project, Ho Chi Minh City is reviewing 22 land plots directly managed by the State, located along 3 metro lines with a total area of nearly 291 hectares. These are all areas around metro stations, with great potential for development according to the TOD model (urban development associated with public transport).
Of which, Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) has 19 land plots located near 9 stations in Thu Duc City, with an area of about 62.8 hectares.

Binh Duong allows change of land use purpose for 7,793 m2 of land for Hoang Nam Star housing
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee allowed Hoang Nam Project Investment Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose to implement the Hoang Nam Star high-rise housing project.
The project is implemented in An Binh ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province. The area converted to land use for the project is 7,793 m2.

In particular, Binh Duong province allowed the change of land use purpose in the form of State allocation of land with land use fees for 7,199 m2 for urban residential land use.
For the area of 593 m2 of urban residential land that has received the transfer of land use rights, the company is requested to manage, use and invest in construction in accordance with the approved detailed plan of the project.
