According to Lao Dong, currently the price of townhouses in many districts in Hanoi is anchored at a very high level, even many streets have recorded selling prices up to more than 1 billion VND/m2.
In Hoan Kiem district, many townhouses are being offered for sale from 800 million to more than 1.2 billion VND/m2. For example, a 4-storey house on Hang Dao street with an area of 141m2 is being advertised for 135 billion VND, equivalent to more than 957 million VND/m2.
On Hang Bong Street, many houses have selling prices ranging from 700 million to more than 1 billion VND/m2, of which a 134m2 house is being offered for sale at 135 billion VND, or more than 1 billion VND/m2.
A house in the corner of Luong Ngoc Quyen - Ta Hien is being advertised for sale at 220 billion VND for an area of over 180m2, equivalent to 1.22 billion VND/m2.

Dong Nai leases more than 5 hectares of clean land to a company to build Ong Keo Industrial Park
On June 24, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to approve Tin Nghia Corporation Joint Stock Company (located at 96 Ha Huy Giap Street, Trung Dung Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province) to lease an area of 52,887.2 m2 of land (confirmed by the People's Committee of Nhon Trach District to complete compensation, support and site clearance) in Phuoc Khanh Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.
According to the decision, the purpose of use is land in the industrial park, investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Ong Keo industrial park.
