According to Mr. Xuan, many plots of land in communes of Dong Anh district such as Uy No, Hai Boi, Vinh Ngoc... are being offered for sale at quite high prices, from 80-150 million VND/m2. Many investors are hunting day and night when there are many real estate and housing development plans in the works in 2025.
Similarly, Mr. Phung Van Cuong (58 years old, living in Duc Thuong commune, Hoai Duc district) said that many plots of land here with an area of 50 m2 are being offered by owners for 5 billion VND, equivalent to 100 million VND/m2.
Having lived here for many years, Mr. Cuong was also very surprised when many plots of land in alleys and villages were also advertised for 70-80 million VND/m2. See more
170 plots of land in Hanoi to be auctioned from 11 million VND/m2

National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of land use rights for 81 plots of land (phase 2) in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi city on March 22.
The plots of land are divided into 2 groups of land according to each starting price and purchase price. The plots of land have an area of 76.55 - 189.73 m2/plot with a starting price of 11.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to 880 million VND to 2.16 billion VND. Minimum area allowed for land division in rural areas today

Article 195 of the 2024 Land Law stipulates rural residential land as follows:
- Rural residential land is land used for housing and other living needs in the same plot of land in rural areas.
- The People's Committee (UBND) at the provincial level stipulates the limit of land allocation for individuals in rural areas, based on land fund and actual situation of the locality.
- Rural residential land must be arranged synchronously with land used for the purpose of building public works, public works, ensuring convenience for production, people's lives, environmental sanitation and in the direction of rural modernization.
- The State has policies to create conditions for people in rural areas to have housing on the basis of land use in existing residential areas, limiting the expansion of residential areas on agricultural land. See more
