Residential land in Long Bien district continues to increase in price
Records of Lao Dong reporters show that recently, many plots of land in Long Bien district (Hanoi) have continuously increased in price. For example, a 70m2 plot of land in Phuc Dong ward (Long Bien district) is being offered for sale by its owner for 13.5 billion VND, equivalent to 192 million VND/m2.
The owner here said that the plot of land has a beautiful location, has a red book of the owner, is surrounded by a 200m radius of a school, a market and is only about 500m from Vinh Tuy bridge.
A 61m2 plot of residential land on Tu Dinh Street (Long Bien District) is also being offered for sale at VND10.8 billion, equivalent to VND226 million/m2.
A 50m2 plot of land in Viet Hung ward (Long Bien district) is being offered for sale at 7.86 billion VND, equivalent to 157 million VND/m2.
Mr. Nguyen Van Minh (land investor in Long Bien district) said that many plots of residential land that cannot be reached by car in Phuc Dong ward are also being offered for sale at 100-160 million VND/m2, depending on the area.
According to Mr. Minh, compared to the beginning of 2024, this price has increased by about 20-30 million VND/m2 for a plot of land with an area of 40-60m2. Many investors who "surf" to buy land here have even made billions of dong in profits when selling. See more
There will be a new 823 billion VND social housing project in Hoang Mai district
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the updated list of 72 investment projects to build houses and urban areas in the city's Housing Development Plan for the period 2021-2025.
Of the 72 newly approved projects, there are 8 social housing projects with a total floor area of 255,722m2 (1,583 apartments).
Of which, in Hoang Mai district, there is a social housing project in alley 218 Linh Nam, with a total investment of 823 billion VND.
According to Lao Dong's research, the social housing project in alley 218 Linh Nam is expected to have 500 apartments with a total floor area of about 25,250m2.
A representative of the Hanoi Department of Construction said that from now until 2026, the city has 11 social housing projects expected to be completed with nearly 6,000 apartments, equivalent to 345,000m2 of floor space.
In the 2026-2030 period, on the basis of reviewing land funds, Hanoi will focus on urging businesses to implement; reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to investment procedures, land recovery, land allocation, shortening the time to handle administrative procedures, and arranging flexible capital for social housing investment projects. The hundred-billion-dong road is about to be completed in Hoa Binh
The project to renovate and repair the DH.34 district road from the Yenh intersection of Tan Minh commune to Yen Hoa commune, Da Bac district, Hoa Binh province is being implemented, connecting the mountainous communes and the province's particularly disadvantaged areas.
The route is invested by the Da Bac District Land Fund Development and Investment Project Management Board with a total investment of 105 billion VND with a length of 12 km.
The project started in December 2023, with the joint venture of Dai Doanh Company Limited, Hoa Binh Labor Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company and Duc Nhanh Construction Company Limited as the contractor. See more
