The city assigned the People's Committee of Dong Anh district to organize the local adjustment of the detailed planning, scale 1/500 of Kim Chung X2 Resettlement Area, Dong Anh district; location in Kim Chung commune, Vong La commune, Dong Anh district.
At the same time, authorizate the People's Committee of Dong Anh district to approve the estimate for the establishment of the Local Adjustment of the Detailed Planning, scale 1/500 of Kim Chung X2 Resettlement Area; the authorization period is 1 year from the date of issuance of the decision.
The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is responsible for assigning a specialized department under the People's Committee of the district to appraise the estimate according to the provisions of current law.
The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is responsible for reviewing, researching and evaluating contents related to the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of Kim Chung X2 Resettlement Area, Dong Anh district. After being approved by the City People's Committee, the adjustment of the detailed planning will be implemented in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law on urban planning and related legal regulations.
