Novaland sells many assets to restructure debt
Novaland Group ( stock code: NVL) has just released its audited financial report for the second half of 2025. Accordingly, Novaland's revenue in the first 6 months of 2025 reached VND3,715 billion in revenue and after-tax profit was VND66 billion in net loss, but still improved significantly compared to the loss of VND7,327 billion in the first half of last year.

The above financial statements show that at the end of the second quarter of 2025, Novaland's total short- and long-term financial loans exceeded VND 61,800 billion, including nearly VND 30,300 billion in bond loans and VND 23,100 billion in bank loans. In fact, Novaland and its subsidiaries have continuously delayed the payment of hundreds of billions of VND in principal and interest on many bond lots in the first half of 2025.
Regarding the revenue from sold products and expected to be sold under projects under implementation, as of the end of the second quarter of 2025, the total value of Novaland's inventory was more than VND 150,500 billion, the company has set aside a reserve to reduce prices by VND 420 billion. Of the inventories, the amount of real estate built for sale is only over VND 7,700 billion, down about VND 800 billion compared to the beginning of the year. Khanh Hoa publicly announces information about the CT-01 Social Housing project worth about VND1,115 billion
On August 30, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province announced that it had publicized information about the CT-01 Social Housing project in An Binh Tan Urban Area, Phuoc Long Ward, Nha Trang City.
Previously, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province approved the project investment policy with the goal of building a complete social housing area, including technical infrastructure systems, houses, trees, parking lots, meeting the housing needs of beneficiaries of support policies according to regulations.

The project also aims to concretize the goals of the Project to invest in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments in the period of 2021-2030 approved by the Prime Minister.
According to the design, the project has an area of about 1.037 hectares with 2 blocks of 15-storey apartment buildings with basement. The total construction floor area is nearly 78,000m2, the construction density is about 44.3%. The entire project is expected to have 772 apartments, with a population of about 2,000 people. Many plots of land in the suburbs of the city are being advertised for prices exceeding 2 billion VND/plot.

Recorded by Lao Dong reporter on August 29, many plots of land in the suburbs of Da Nang City have recently been increasing in price rapidly because land funds in the central area are gradually becoming scarce.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc (character's name has been changed, living in Hoa Xuan ward) said that after the administrative merger, the plots of land near her living area have nearly doubled.
