The launching event of the High-end Medical - Education - Apartment Complex Project is a practical and meaningful activity towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam National Day.
The Ngu Hanh Son Ward - Education - High-end Apartment Complex Project, Da Nang City, invested by Thinh Khang An One Member Co., Ltd., this project belongs to the medical tourism ecosystem of Duy Tan University and Duy Tan Group Joint Stock Company.
The project has a total investment of over 1,118 billion VND at Lot B3, Tran Thi Ly New Urban Area, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City. The project is considered one of the projects contributing to the development of healthcare, education, science and technology, innovation and the medical tourism ecosystem in Da Nang City.
The project is built on a land area of about 21,311 m2, including the following items: Modern Medical - Education Complex and Apartment Area (residential) with a total construction area of 8,524 m2.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ha Nam - Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that the project is not simply a construction project, this is a complex of modern, safe and sustainable high-rise housing. The city always strives to bring residents a quality living space, with top-notch amenities, ensuring a friendly and peaceful living environment.
With that orientation, the project will bring the city many types of products, from serving the needs of medical examination and treatment of the people, contributing to improving the quality of community health care, to building an advanced educational environment, creating conditions for exchanges, training and training of medical professional skills, and at the same time providing a significant force of doctors and nurses for medical facilities. In addition, the project also develops care services for the elderly and those who need medical support.
At the same time, with 640 apartments in 2 towers, the project provides a modern, safe and convenient living space for people. It can be said that the project is a symbol of sustainable urban development, closely linked between social security and economic development, Mr. Nam emphasized.
