On August 30, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province announced that it had publicized information about the CT-01 Social Housing project in An Binh Tan Urban Area, Phuoc Long Ward, Nha Trang City.
Previously, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province approved the project investment policy with the goal of building a complete social housing area, including technical infrastructure systems, houses, trees, parking lots, meeting the housing needs of beneficiaries of support policies according to regulations.
The project also aims to concretize the goals of the Project to invest in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments in the period of 2021-2030 approved by the Prime Minister.
According to the design, the project has an area of about 1.037 hectares with 2 blocks of 15-storey apartment buildings with basement. The total construction floor area is nearly 78,000m2, the construction density is about 44.3%. The entire project is expected to have 772 apartments, with a population of about 2,000 people.
The total investment capital is about VND 1,115 billion, with an operating period of 50 years from the date of assignment of the investor. The apartments are designed in a closed manner, ensuring technical standards, with an area of 25 - 70m2; the apartment ratio exceeding 70m2 does not exceed 10% of the total number of apartments, in accordance with Decree 100/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
The accompanying infrastructure system includes internal traffic routes, power supply, water supply, communication... Parking lots are arranged in basements, public trees are arranged in the project area.
Regarding the project progress in the third quarter of 2025, investors will be selected and technical infrastructure works and works under the project from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2027 will be completed and handed over for use.
