Nam Dinh establishes 3 more industrial clusters with a total capital of more than VND 2,200 billion
On June 6, the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province issued decisions on the establishment of 3 industrial clusters (ICs), with a total investment of more than VND 2,200 billion.
According to the decisions, Rang Dong Industrial Park has an area of about 69.6 hectares in Rang Dong town, Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province; of which phase I is about 50 hectares, phase II is about 19.6 hectares.
The investor in the construction of technical infrastructure for Rang Dong Industrial Park is Hung Long VINA Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of 779 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent a document to the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to seek appraisal opinions on the proposal to approve the investment policy of the New Urban Area Project in the Northwest of Bac Ninh city (zone 4).
The province proposed that the two ministries determine whether the project is in an area that needs to ensure national defense and security. This is the basis for determining whether the project is licensed for sale to foreigners or not.

According to the 2025 land use plan, Tay Ho district (Hanoi) has 106 projects, of which 43 projects are for construction, renovation and expansion of roads.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan of Tay Ho district, adding 17 more projects with a total area of 46.84 hectares.

More than 1,700 households are considered and resettled for the expressway project passing through Dong Nai province
On June 6, according to the People's Committee of Long Thanh district (Dong Nai), up to now, more than 1,700 households have been considered and resettled to implement the investment project to build the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, phase 1, through Long Thanh district.
Of the more than 1,700 households that have been considered and resettled, more than 800 households have been resettled, the rest are cases that are being reviewed for drawing lots, have not been approved or are not eligible.
