The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan of Tay Ho district, adding 17 more projects with a total area of 46.84 hectares.
Previously, in the 2025 land use plan approved at the beginning of the year, Tay Ho district had 89 projects, with a total area of 348.92 hectares. Thus, up to now, the whole district has 106 projects in this year's land use plan, with a total area of 395.76 hectares.
In this list, there are 43 projects related to new construction, renovation and expansion of routes. These are all projects expected to contribute to completing the transportation system, promoting sustainable urban development and improving the quality of life for people.
According to the direction of the City People's Committee, Tay Ho District needs to speed up the progress of land acquisition, fully publicize the list of land use and ensure implementation on schedule. The deadline for reporting the results of the plan implementation is before October 15, 2025.

1. Construction of Dang Thai Mai route extending to Au Co street (Quang An, Tu Lien).
2. The route from Lane 50 Dang Thai Mai to Quang Khanh Street (Quang An).
