Investors interested in the apartment segment in Da Nang

According to real estate services company Savills Vietnam, the Da Nang apartment market is attracting the attention of investors.

Savills Vietnam said that the Da Nang apartment market is attracting a variety of customer groups, notably investors from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with strong interest in the A-class (high-end) segment.

According to Savills Vietnam's report, the Da Nang market is having about 1,100 new apartments for sale in the first half of 2025. The average primary price reached 85 million VND/m2, an increase of nearly 27% per year. Notably, many luxury projects along the Han River have reached 130 - 200 million VND/m2.

Many real estate experts said that the increase of the Da Nang apartment market is supported by positive growth such as the accumulated FDI in the first 8 months of the year reaching 333.3 million USD, tourists exceeding 12.8 million.

Along with that are a series of key infrastructure projects being implemented in Da Nang such as Lien Chieu Port, International Financial Center (RFC), Free Trade Zone (FTZ), and international airport expansion. Hung Yen is about to auction 32 land lots in Hoang Hoa Tham commune, starting from 8 million VND/m2

Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 32 plots of land in the new residential area and Residential Area No. 2 of An Vien commune, Tien Lu district (old) now Hoang Hoa Tham commune, Hung Yen province.

The total area of land put up for auction is 3,095.4m2, with lots ranging from 77.5m2 to 125m2. The starting price ranges from 8 - 20.4 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 800 million VND to more than 1.5 billion VND for each plot of land. The auction is organized in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, with the method of bidding up.

The unified price step applied to all plots is 200,000 VND/m2. The auction participation dossier has a fee of VND 100,000/ dossier for land plots with a starting price of less than VND 1 billion, and VND 200,000/ dossier for plots with a value of 1 - less than VND 5 billion.

An auction participant can participate in auctioning many plots of land, each plot of land must submit a set of documents with the condition that each plot of land must pay for the purchase of documents to participate in the auction and a deposit corresponding to the number of plots of land registered for auction.

The deposit ranges from 160 - 220 million VND/land lot. Note, auction participants pay a deposit for each separate plot of land. In case of registering many plots of land and paying the add-on fee, they must ensure to pay the correct and full amount for all excess land stated on the Auction Registration Form. Dien Bien hands over nearly 19 hectares of "golden land" for auction

Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision on handing over land in Dien Bien Phu ward to the Land Fund Development Center under the Department of Agriculture and Environment for management and auction organization.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Land Fund Development Center a total area of over 189,300 m2 (nearly 19 hectares) in Dien Bien Phu ward. The decision takes effect from September 5, 2025.

The purpose of land use is to organize an auction and select investors to implement the Him Lam New Urban Area project, east of 60m road (7/5 road), in area A.

The land is allocated by the State without collecting land use fees. The land use term is according to the project implementation progress approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No.300/QD-UBND dated July 22, 2024.

This land is considered a "golden land" for the year right next to the most beautiful road in Dien Bien Phu ward; near the political - administrative center of Dien Bien province. See more...
