Hanoi reclaims "golden land" to make a park east of Hoan Kiem Lake
On September 16, the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi City informed about the investment in the construction of a square - park project east of Hoan Kiem Lake with a total expected area of about 2.14 hectares. This area borders Hoan Kiem Lake and Dinh Tien Hoang Street to the west, the existing residential area to the north, Ly Thai To Street to the east and Tran Nguyen Han Street to the south.

The project will form a square associated with the green space of the East of Hoan Kiem Lake, creating a space for community activities, organizing artistic activities, exhibitions and cultural events, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people.
The project combines with the development of the urban railway network (the research area is in the TOD area of Station C9 - Urban railway line No. 2 Nam Thang Long - Tran Hung Dao), helping to increase access to the area. Walking routes will be expanded, combined with an electric vehicle system to reduce personal vehicles, creating a pedestrian-friendly environment.

Dong Nai will build nearly 80 resettlement areas for tens of thousands of households to construct projects
On September 16, according to information from the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, from 2026 - 2030, localities in Dong Nai need more than 45,000 resettlement plots to arrange accommodation for households giving up land to serve projects. According to the plan, the province will build nearly 80 resettlement areas in this phase with a budget of nearly 10,000 billion VND.

According to the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, resettlement areas will be built on an area of 20 hectares to 50 hectares. Of which, there is 45% of residential land area; on average, each plot of land has an area of 100m2. In resettlement areas, the relevant agencies will fully invest in technical infrastructure systems and social infrastructure such as schools and markets, ensuring that people enjoy better facilities than their old residences.
The capital source for the construction of the resettlement area is from the State budget and other sources.
From 2026 - 2030, Dong Nai will implement more than 1,000 projects, affecting tens of thousands of households, of which more than 39,000 households are eligible for resettlement, over 5,000 households enjoy social housing purchase policies.

Lang Son land auction, 41 land plots in prime locations are about to be listed
On September 16, according to Lao Dong, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a Plan for auctioning land use rights in 2025, aiming to effectively exploit land resources, increase revenue for the budget and meet the land use needs of organizations and individuals in the area.
According to the plan, in 2025, Lang Son province will auction 41 plots of land out of a total of 88 plots of land eligible for use under the 12% land fund in Phu Loc II Urban Area (Ky Lua Ward) and Nam Hoang Dong I Urban Area (Tam Thanh Ward).

In Phu Loc II, there are 77 land plots eligible for auction with a total area of over 7,200 m2, completed infrastructure and clean land.
However, there are still 12 unqualified plots of land due to problems related to Hoang Duong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
In Nam Hoang Dong I, 11/12 plots of land are eligible for auction with an area of over 4,700 m2, while 1 plot is not eligible due to incomplete infrastructure.
The auction process is divided into 5 consecutive rounds from September 2025, each round is 10 - 20 working days apart. The plots of land that were not successful in previous rounds will be re-auctioned in the final round. See more...
