Apartment prices are far exceeding the actual income of Da Nang people
After working for 5 years, Ms. Hoang Thi Thuan - a marketing employee in Da Nang - received a salary of 12 million VND/month. This salary of her is considered stable but is only enough to cover rent, accommodation and daily living expenses.
"For those who work, with a monthly salary of 10-15 million VND/month and no support from their families, having an apartment in Da Nang is a distant dream" - Ms. Thuan said.
Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Van Duc (born in 1992) - an IT employee in Da Nang - said that with a monthly salary ranging from 12-15 million VND/month, the continuous increase in apartment prices in the city has narrowed the opportunity for young people to own a house.

According to information from the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS), over the years, housing prices in large cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang have continuously escalated, establishing new levels, while people's income has increased much more slowly.
Notably, this widening gap makes owning an apartment a big challenge, even for high-income workers.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on assigning Huong Thinh Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement the Investment Project to build a Social Housing Area on a 20% land fund of the Housing Area auctioned for land use rights to create capital for infrastructure construction in Lim town, Tien Du district (now Tien Du commune, Bac Ninh province).

Hai Phong - Hai Phong Department of Construction announced that 441 social housing units formed in the future are eligible for business in Hoang Huy Green River New Urban Area.

On September 15, the Department of Construction of Hai Phong City said: Pursuant to the provisions of the Housing Law 2023, the Law on Real Estate Business 2023 and relevant guiding documents, based on the proposal of Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company (Project Investor), the Department of Construction of Hai Phong announced that 441 social housing apartments (NOXH) formed in the future under the Hoang Huy Green River New Urban Area Project are eligible to be put into business according to regulations.
Project location: in Thuy Nguyen Ward (formerly Hoa Dong Commune, Thuy Nguyen District), Hai Phong City.
