I also don't know why the land here suddenly increases in price so quickly, but most of the people who come are from other provinces, riding a car with license plate 88 from Vinh Phuc" - Mr. Cuong said.
According to a representative of a notary office in Viet Tri city, in 2024, the unit only carried out 5 to 7 procedures for transferring land use rights each month, but since the beginning of March, 15 transactions have been carried out.
