Scope of adjustment of regulations on price framework for management and operation of apartment buildings in Binh Dinh province according to Clause 7, Article 151 of Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15.
The subjects of application are State agencies, organizations and individuals related to the price framework for managing and operating apartment buildings in Binh Dinh province according to the provisions of Clause 7, Article 151 of the Housing Law.
Price frame for management and operation services of apartment buildings in Binh Dinh province, including: Apartment buildings with 5 floors or more, with basements, have a minimum price of 7,600 VND/m2 of floor space used/month and a maximum of 10,400 VND/m2 of floor space used/month;
Apartment buildings with 5 floors or more, without basements, have a minimum price of 6,700 VND/m2 of floor space used/month and a maximum of 9,100 VND/m2 of floor space used/month; apartments with less than 5 floors have a minimum price of 5,100 VND/m2 of floor space used/month and a maximum of 8,200 VND/m2 of floor space used/month.
The above price includes value added tax and revenue from parking services in the common area of the apartment building.
This Decision takes effect from November 10, 2024, replacing Decision No. 47/2019/QD-UBND dated August 29, 2019 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the Price Frame for management and operation services of apartment buildings with elevators in Binh Dinh province.
