The total area allowed to change land use purposes is 5,789 m2. In which, Binh Duong province allowed the conversion of land use purposes for an area of 3,260 m2 for urban residential land. The form of land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
Change the purpose of use to non-agricultural land with an area of 2,431 m2, the form of land allocation by the State without collecting land use fees. This land area is used as land for entertainment areas, energy works, and traffic works.
For the 98.4 m2 plot of urban land that has been transferred, the enterprise will manage and invest according to the approved detailed plan.
The locations of the plots of land are on map sheet No. 181, Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An city. The enterprise is allowed to use the land until June 11, 2046. The land price for fulfilling financial obligations will be calculated according to the provisions of law.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with departments and branches to advise the Provincial People's Committee to determine land prices to calculate land use fees. Direct the Land Registration Office to grant certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to enterprises.
