Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to allow Van Hung Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose to implement the investment project to build a commercial apartment complex for Thien Ha Hanh Phuc office.
The total area for changing the land use purpose to implement the project is 5,085 m2. The plots of land are on map sheet No. 3, Hung Dinh ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province.
Of the above areas, there are 4,765 m2 of land use purpose conversion to urban land, the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
For the area of 320 m2 of residential land that has been transferred, the management enterprise will use and invest in accordance with the approved planning.
The land to implement the above real estate project will be used until June 12, 2025. The land price for fulfilling financial obligations is implemented in accordance with the provisions of law.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with departments and branches to advise the Provincial People's Committee to determine land prices to calculate land use fees. Direct the Land Registration Office to grant certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to enterprises. At the same time, determine the boundary and hand over the land on the field.
