The project location is deployed on plots of land on map sheet No. 92, Vinh Phu ward, Thuan An city.
Specifically, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province allocated land with land use fees to Hien Phuc Real Estate Company Limited with an area of nearly 170 m2, urban land use purpose.
