The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has approved land prices to calculate financial obligations for land invested by An Phu Land Real Estate Investment Company Limited.
The land has been converted to implement the An Phu apartment project on Le Thi Trung Street, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City.
After changing the land use purpose, the project has 8,322m2 of urban land (high-rise mixed-use land). Land is used long-term, the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province approved the average land price for this project of 15.53 million VND/m2 for urban residential land (high-rise mixed-use land).
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requests the investor and the land valuation unit of Hong Duc Consulting and Trading and Service Joint Stock Company to be responsible for the information and data provided.
Request investors to fulfill financial obligations according to regulations.
