The land after changing the purpose of use has an area of 62,610m2 of urban residential land (commercial residential land), the form of use is land allocation with land use fees; land for construction of educational and training facilities with an area of 3,526m2, the term of use is 50 years, the form of land lease collects one-time fees for the entire lease term.
The unit price after changing the land use purpose for urban residential land is an average of 8.77 million VND/m2. The unit price for educational land is 4.07 million VND/m2.
The time of land appraisal is January 28, 2022. Southwest Information and Valuation Joint Stock Company is the unit organizing the implementation of land valuation.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Head of the Tax Department of the XVI Region, along with relevant departments, branches and Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to be responsible for implementing this decision.
