Citizens sent questions to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment asking about the following cases: The family has registered for measurement to separate the land plot since May 15, 2025, and by September 10, 2025, the citizen contacted the Measurement Department under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (old) of Tuyen Quang province - Son Duong district branch, but the newspaper did not have a list from the Department to push them back, so the measurement was not conducted.
Citizens contacted the Department and were informed that the application had been pushed down. The parties push each other, so what should be done?
Responding to this content, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment said that according to regulations on implementing administrative procedures on land, the submission of land division proposal documents is as follows:
- Land users submit documents to one of the locations in the provincial level: Public Administration Service Center or Land Registration Office or Branch of the Land Registration Office
- The procedures for land division have been specifically announced in Decision No. 2304/QD-BTNMT dated June 22, 2025 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on the announcement of administrative procedures in the field of land under the State management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The Ministry recommends that people refer to the above regulations for implementation.
