Implementing Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development; Decree No. 192/2025/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly; The Ministry of National Defense and the People's Committee of Dong Nai City have agreed on the location and information of 2 housing construction investment projects for families of armed forces in the Army in Dong Nai City.
With the consent of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Logistics and Technology/Ministry of National Defense invites interested investors to submit dossiers requesting investment policy approval and assigns investors for each housing project for armed forces in the Army in Dong Nai City with the following information:
Project name: Building houses for families of armed forces in the Army in Tan Trieu ward (Dong Nai City).
Land plot location: Land plot No. 168, 269, cadastral map sheet No. 96, 123, Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai city (land plot No. 168, cadastral map sheet No. 28, Tan Binh commune, old Vinh Cuu district; land plot No. 269, cadastral map sheet No. 01, Tan Phong ward, old Bien Hoa city).
Investment objective: Investing in building housing for the people's armed forces (Housing for families of armed forces in the Army), meeting the housing needs for subjects under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.
Preliminary scale:
The total land area of the project is about 4.32ha.
Construction scale:
Maximum construction density: 50%;
Maximum floor height: 15 floors;
Expected population approximately: 2,820 people.
After being approved for investment policy and assigned to the investor, the investor is responsible for preparing, submitting for appraisal, and approving the 1/500 Detailed Plan; accordingly, the detailed scale of items will be determined in the approved 1/500 Detailed Plan.
Land use status:
The land is being managed by the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, and site clearance has not been completed.
Preliminary information on total investment capital: Estimated at about 969 billion VND. The total investment capital of the above-mentioned project is used to assess the capacity of the investor, the total investment capital will be specifically determined after the investment project is approved.
