On June 23, according to Phu Thai commune (Hai Phong City), the locality has just organized a conference to publicly announce the compensation and support plan for site clearance for agricultural land, trees, crops and assets on land to implement the Investment Project to build the Eastern Residential Area, phase 2, along the An Thanh bridge bypass.
Accordingly, 100 households with land and assets within the scope of recovery have been disseminated compensation and support plans; mechanisms and policies applied to each type of land, trees, and crops according to current regulations.
In the spirit of democracy, publicity and transparency, households expressed their agreement with the policy of project implementation. In addition, some opinions suggested that functional agencies review the number of people, recovered land area, compensation unit prices and related support policies.
Representatives of the Phu Thai Commune Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council received and answered people's opinions and recommendations right at the conference. After being explained, the households basically agreed and signed to confirm the compensation and support plan. After the public posting period according to regulations, the council will organize the payment of compensation and support money to the households, ensuring project implementation progress.
The project to invest in the construction of the Eastern Residential Area, phase 2, along the An Thanh bridge bypass has a total recovered area of more than 8.37 ha. The project is invested by a consortium of Truong Thanh Co., Ltd. and Huy Hoang Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
When completed, the project will form a synchronous residential area in terms of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, gradually completing the face of a civilized and modern urban area in the area.
