In phase 10 of paying compensation and support for site clearance to implement the project to invest in developing infrastructure of Tien Lang airport industrial park - Zone B, Chan Hung commune, 17 households received compensation and support with a total amount of over 60 billion VND. The households who came to receive the money were all happy, excited and showed high consensus.
To ensure that the compensation payment and site clearance support work is accurate and effective, Chan Hung commune has previously carried out good propaganda and mobilization work; publicly and transparently about the regulations and policies of the state. At the same time, conduct measurements and inventories to fully and accurately count the land area, assets, architectural structures, trees, and crops of households whose land is recovered; develop and agree on a compensation plan in accordance with regulations.
The Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park - Zone B project is a key project of the city, which is of great significance in attracting investment, creating jobs and promoting socio-economic development in the area.
The project scale is 186.49 ha, with a total investment of nearly 2,800 billion VND, located in the development orientation of the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong, concretizing Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo on construction and development of Hai Phong to 2030, vision to 2045.
The project is expected to attract high-quality investment capital, especially in the fields of electronics, mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing and assembly, and high-tech industry. When put into operation, this industrial park will create thousands of jobs for local workers, improve people's incomes and lives, and make a large contribution to the state budget through taxes and fees.
