Pursuant to Clause 7, Article 109 of Decree 102/2024/ND-CP, which stipulates violations of land laws when performing official duties in the specific land sector as follows:
a) Calculating land use fees and land rents on the wrong basis or at the wrong time as prescribed; exempting or reducing land use fees and land rents to the wrong subjects.
b) Based on land valuation, using input information to determine land prices that are not in accordance with the provisions of law.
c) Determining specific land prices that are not in accordance with the deadline, principles, conditions, and methods as prescribed.
d) Failure to promptly issue annual land price lists.
d) Applying specific land prices, land price lists are not for the right subjects according to the provisions of law.
e) The decision on land price is not in accordance with the prescribed authority.
In addition, according to Clause 8, Article 109 of Decree 102/2024/ND-CP, violating regulations on land management assigned by the State for management includes the following acts:
a) To cause a situation where a person is allowed by law to temporarily use land but does not use the land for the right purpose.
b) Using land for the wrong purpose.
