Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Le Minh Ngan has just sent a document to the People's Committees of provinces and cities under the central government on the implementation of land inventories in 2024.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests localities to speed up the implementation progress and submit the results of land inventories and maps of the current land use status in 2024 at the commune level to the Ministry's online system at http://tk.gdla.gov.vn before June 15, 2025.
Stop land inventory, compile maps of land use status in 2024 for districts and temporarily suspend land inventory, compile maps of land use status in 2024 at the provincial level until the arrangement according to the new administrative unit boundary is completed.
For provincial and district-level administrative units that are implementing or have completed land inventory products, and have compiled maps of the current status of land use in 2024, they will be considered and paid for the volume that has been implemented according to current regulations.
At the same time, proactively coordinate with the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security in reviewing and agreeing on locations and areas of national defense land and security land in the locality.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment also suggested that the provincial People's Committee after arranging is responsible for organizing the implementation of the summary of land inventory data and mapping the current status of land use of the commune level after arranging according to the new administrative unit boundary, the completion time before 31.7.2025.
Organize the implementation of land inventories, map the current land use status in 2024 of the provincial level and submit the land inventory results to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment before August 20, 2025.
