Nha Bich Commune People's Committee (Dong Nai City) said that the commune is organizing a launching ceremony to implement the model "Group to guide, receive and resolve administrative procedures for issuing land use right certificates (referred to as red books), ownership of assets attached to land for the first time".
According to Nha Bich Commune People's Committee, in the past time, many people, especially the elderly and those who have little access to information technology, still face many difficulties when carrying out procedures in the electronic environment. For the first red book issuance procedure, many cases have to go back and forth many times due to lack of dossier components or not understanding the implementation process, causing unnecessary time and costs.
From that reality, Nha Bich Commune People's Committee has built the above model with the motto of bringing the government closer to the people instead of letting people have to go to administrative agencies many times.
According to the plan, on Saturdays every week from August to December 2026, the working group will directly go to cultural houses in hamlets. Here, commune officials will review dossiers, answer questions, support people to prepare complete dossier components, guide the implementation of online public services and receive information right in residential areas.
Nha Bich Commune People's Committee said that this is a new model to bring administrative services closer to the people, contributing to removing difficulties and obstacles in the process of carrying out land procedures. Thereby improving the service quality of grassroots authorities.
