The project investor is Viglacera Corporation - JSC, with a total investment of more than 300 billion VND, the project to build a social housing area on a total land area of 4.31 hectares, meeting the number of accommodation for about 1,900 people.

According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on the morning of August 4, this social housing area is located adjacent to Hung Vuong Street (also known as route): the main road through Phu Ha Industrial Park and the urban center of the old Phu Tho town.
Along with that, the project has completed the construction of apartments, townhouses, technical infrastructure systems and green areas, sports, and is currently open for sale.

Mr. Ha Van Hai (Lien Minh commune, Phu Tho province) - a worker at Hanyang DGT Vina Company in Phu Ha Industrial Park - shared: "I want to buy a social housing unit here, after the company's One-stop Support Center staff instructed me on procedures, documents and directly took me to see the model apartment, my family really liked it. After many efforts, workers like me have a place to settle down and make a living."
According to the representative of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, with the Phu Ha Industrial Park Workers' Social Housing Project, commercial low-rise houses have 48 apartments; social apartments for sale and rental have 558 apartments (including 4 buildings, each 6 floors).

The number of social apartments for sale is 182 ( social housing units 1-1, 2-1, 2-2 social housing units); the number of social apartments for rent is 376 ( social housing units 1-1, 1-2 social housing units, 2-2 social housing units).
The business area of social apartments includes apartments at 27.88m2; 52.28m2; 57.31m2; 62.11m2; 64m2; 64.03m2 and 69.98m2.
Regarding selling prices, the Department of Construction of Phu Tho province recently issued document No. 1724, announcing the results of the appraisal of selling prices and rental prices of social housing (temporarily) at the Phu Ha Industrial Park Social Housing Project for Workers.

Accordingly, the selling price of social housing apartments OXH1-1, OXH1-2, OXH2-2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs): Social housing apartments on the first floor are 12,444,000 VND/m2.
Selling price of social housing apartments OXH2-1 (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs): Social housing apartments on the first floor are 12,444,000 VND/m2; social housing apartments from the second to the sixth floor are 8,381,000 VND/m2.

Estimated selling price of social housing apartments OXH1-1; 1-2 social housing; 2-2 social housing after 5 years (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs): Social housing apartments from the 2nd to the 6th floors are 4,512,893 VND/m2.
