On August 20, Hoai Duc district successfully organized an auction for the rights to use 19 plots of land in area LK04, Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune.
The area of the land plots up for auction ranges from 74-118 m2.
According to information announced by the organizer, after 9 rounds, land lot LK03-12 had the highest price of up to 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price.
This lot has an area of 113 m2, so the total value is 15 billion VND.
Besides, lots LK03-06 and LK-4-06 are the second highest at 127.3 million VND/m2. The other 14 plots of land had winning prices ranging from 97.3 million VND to 121.3 million VND/m2. The two lots had the lowest winning price of 91.3 million VND/m2, 12.5 times higher than the starting price.
Also here, on August 26, Hoai Duc district will continue to auction 20 plots of land with symbols LK01 and LK02, with an area ranging from 89.6 to 145.6 m2.
Starting price is 7.3 million VND/m2, much lower than the area. The low starting price has attracted many people to participate.
