According to records, in the last auction round, about 20 - 30 people remained to participate in bidding. Before that, from midnight to dawn, many people left the auction feeling depressed because they lost their bid. Many people shake their heads in frustration because land prices are "too expensive" and "too fake".
In addition to the land lot with the highest winning price of more than 133 million VND/m2, there are two lots with the second highest winning price at auction, LK03-6 and LK04-6, up to 127.3 million VND/m2.
The remaining 14 lots had winning prices ranging from 97.3 to 121.3 million VND/m2. There were 2 winning lots with the lowest auction price also up to 91.3 million VND/m2.
According to some real estate brokers in Hoai Duc district, the price of 133.3 million VND/m2 is quite high compared to the current market level in this locality.
Most of the land lots are priced at over 80 - 90 million VND/m2, which is also much higher than the general market level.
