At the same time, apply the provisions of the land price list of Hai Duong province issued in Decision 55/2019/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2019, amended and supplemented by the following Decisions: No. 29/2021/QD-UBND, No. 18/2023/QD-UBND, No. 1858/2023/QD-UBND, No. 30/2024/QD-UBND and No. 43/2024/QD-UBND of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee within the administrative boundaries of Hai Duong province before arranging and merging until the Hai Phong City Land Price List is issued in 2026.

This price applies to plots of land with at least one side adjacent to the edge of the current status of traffic routes: national highway, provincial road, district road, inter-commune road.
