Accordingly, Thai Holding Joint Stock Company and Bayview Cat Ba Company Limited jointly organized the Topping Out Ceremony of CT 3A and CT 4B Apartment Buildings of the Social Housing Project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 (No. 142 Le Lai, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City).
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Luu Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Economic Committee; Mr. Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City; Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Pham Van Lap, Chairman of the City People's Council and representatives of departments and branches of Hai Phong City.
The Social Housing Project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 is an important project, aiming to realize the goal of urban development and beautification while ensuring social security, solving housing problems for households living in old, dangerously degraded apartment buildings in the city.
The project has a scale of 4,456 apartments for sale and rent to realize the goal of developing social housing in Hai Phong City; at the same time, ensuring the goal of developing housing area in Ngo Quyen district, meeting the housing needs of people, especially people in old apartment buildings in Ngo Quyen district and Hong Bang district.
After more than 1 year of construction, on the occasion of the 79th Anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2, the Investor Thai Holding Joint Stock Company and the contractor Hoa Binh Construction Group held the Topping Out Ceremony of CT3 and CT4 buildings of the Social Housing Project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3.
According to Mr. Do Trung Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Holding Joint Stock Company, the project was approved by the City People's Committee in July 2022 with a planning area of 16.91 hectares. The total investment capital is about 4,865 billion VND, the scale of 10 blocks of 15-storey apartment buildings with a total of about 4,456 apartments and 163 Shophouses with a height of 6 floors and a penthouse.
On March 7, 2023, the project officially started construction. Up to now, after 17 months of construction, some construction items have been and are being basically completed according to plan. During the implementation of the project, Thai - Holding Joint Stock Company has coordinated with competent authorities and contractors to carry out acceptance of construction items according to schedule and regulations.
According to the investor representative, to meet the needs and desires of the people of Hai Phong City, the unit will soon put the two 15-storey apartment buildings topped out today into operation, ensuring proper purpose and efficiency.
