According to the land price list of industrial parks and clusters issued with Resolution 85/2025/NQ-HĐND dated December 30, 2025 of the Phu Tho Provincial People's Council, in the industrial park group, the highest land price is 2.4 million VND per m2, applied in Khai Quang, Kim Hoa and Phuc Yen industrial parks. Next is Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, 2.2 million VND per m2.
Binh Xuyen II, Thang Long Vinh Phuc, Nam Binh Xuyen, Son Loi and Chan Hung industrial parks all cost 2.1 million VND per m2.
Some other industrial parks priced from 1.8 million VND per m2 include Ba Thien, Ba Thien II and Dong Soc.
In the group with average prices, Luong Son Industrial Park was determined to be 1.4 million VND per m2; Nam Luong Son, Yen Quang and Binh Phu together 1.1 million VND per m2; Nhuan Trach 1.05 million VND per m2.
Some industrial parks in other areas have lower prices, such as Thuy Van 580,000 VND per m2, Thanh Ha 540,000 VND, Trung Ha 500,000 VND, Phu Ha 460,000 VND, Cam Khe 440,000 VND. Ha Hoa Industrial Park has the lowest price in the industrial park group, 29,000 VND per m2.
For industrial clusters, the highest level is 2.5 million VND per m2, applied at Yen Lac town industrial cluster and Minh Phuong craft village industrial cluster. Hung Vuong - Phuc Thang industrial cluster is priced at 2.4 million VND per m2.
Many industrial clusters and craft village clusters are priced at 1.8 million VND per m2, including Yen Dong craft village, Te Lo craft village, Dong Soc, Dong Van, Tho Tang - Lung Hoa, Vinh Son, Ly Nhan and Trung Nguyen craft villages.
In the opposite direction, low-priced industrial clusters are concentrated in some midland and mountainous areas. Luong Son and Dong Lac industrial clusters are both priced at 250,000 VND per m2; Tan Phu, My Thuan 260,000 VND; Yen Lap town 270,000 VND; Ngoc Quan, Nam Doan Hung, Quang Yen and Tien Luong 230,000 VND per m2.
The issuance of land price lists for industrial zones and clusters is considered a basis for functional agencies to implement state management of land, and at the same time help businesses have more information when researching investment locations and expanding production in Phu Tho.
