Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee in coordination with National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just successfully organized the auction of land use rights for 17 land plots (zones A and B) in the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area for land use rights ĐG 06, Sai Son Commune Ring Road area, former Quoc Oai district (now Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi City).
At the auction, 17 land plots with a total area of 1,735.7m2 were put up for auction, the area of each plot ranged from 96.6m2 to 119m2. The starting price for plot A is 14.2 million VND/m2, plot B is 9.5 million VND/m2. The general price step applied to land plots in the auction rounds is 3 million VND/m2.
At the end of the auction session, all land plots were successfully auctioned. The total winning bid amount reached nearly VND 189.7 billion, about VND 166.4 billion higher than the total starting price.
Many land plots recorded large differences, in which the highest plot reached over 125.2 million VND/m2, an increase of about 111 million VND/m2 compared to the starting price; the lowest plot reached over 84.5 million VND/m2, an increase of about 75 million VND/m2.
According to Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee, this result shows the great demand of people for residential land in the area, and also reflects the attractiveness of the local real estate market. The auction results contribute to increasing budget revenue, affirming the effectiveness in the management and exploitation of public land funds and creating a favorable premise for socio-economic development in the coming time.
Through the auction, the locality expects to select customers with real needs, using land for the right purpose and effectively, thereby promoting infrastructure and socio-economic development in the area.
Previously, on March 7, 2026, the auction of 13 land plots in Zone A and Zone B at the Project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction of land use rights ĐG06, former Sai Son Commune Ring Road area (now Quoc Oai Commune) also recorded a high winning bid.
After many rounds of exciting auctions, 13/13 land plots were successfully auctioned. Notably, land plot A1 achieved the highest winning bid price of 155,225,500 VND/m2, many times higher than the starting price.
According to the summary, the total value at the starting price of the 13 land plots is more than 13.3 billion VND, while the total winning auction value reached nearly 134 billion VND, and the difference in budget revenue increased by over 120.5 billion VND.
