LTA Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 19 land plots in Tien Luong commune, with a total starting price of over 10 billion VND.
Accordingly, in Lang Chieu area (Thuong hamlet), 12 land plots with areas from 150 - 211 m2, starting price 4 million VND/m2.
Among these, the block with the largest area of 211m2 has a starting price of more than 844 million VND; the remaining blocks have an area of 150m2, with a starting price of about 600 million VND per block.
In Xuan Truong area, 7 land plots put up for auction have an area of 120 - 171.1m2, starting price of 3.5 million VND/m2. The largest plot has an area of nearly 171.1m2, starting price of nearly 599 million VND; other plots are priced from about 420 - more than 548 million VND, depending on the area.
Notably, the starting price above does not include taxes, fees and charges related to land use right transfer as prescribed.
According to the announcement, the auction session is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids. Price announcement time is 8:00 AM on April 23rd at the Tien Luong Commune Party Committee Hall.
Participants can view assets during office hours from April 13 - 15. 2026. Time to sell dossiers and register to participate in the auction is from April 7 to 5 pm on April 20 (during working days).
The deposit amount is equal to 20% of the starting price of each lot, corresponding to about 84 - 168.8 million VND per lot. The price step is regulated at 100,000 VND/m2, the purchase fee for the dossier is 100,000 VND/set.
LTA Joint Venture Auction Company notes that deposits recorded after 5 pm on April 20th will not be valid. Auction participants must bear the transfer fee according to the bank's regulations.
Participants in the auction are individuals and organizations that meet the conditions to be allocated land by the State according to the provisions of current law.
The auction is expected to contribute to making land allocation transparent, while creating revenue for the local budget.
