The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has issued Decision 40/2024/QD-UBND amending and supplementing a number of contents of Decision 72/2021/QD-UBND dated December 21, 2021 regulating the Land Price List for the period 2022-2024 in Bac Giang province. This decision takes effect from December 10, 2024 to December 31, 2025.

In the new land price list, depending on the area, the group of agricultural land for growing annual crops ranges from 60,000 - 70,000 VND/m2. Land for growing perennial crops ranges from 55,000 - 65,000 VND/m2. Aquaculture land ranges from 48,000 - 60,000 VND/m2 and production forest land ranges from 12,000 - 20,000 VND/m2.
In addition to the agricultural land price list, the non-agricultural land group is divided into two types, including: Price list of residential land, commercial service land, non-agricultural production land in urban areas, traffic routes and price list of residential land, commercial service land, non-agricultural production land in rural areas.
Of which, the highest land price in urban areas and along traffic routes is 120 million VND/m2, the lowest is 500,000 VND/m2, an average increase of 1.7 - 3.34 times compared to the Price List for the period 2022 - 2024 (depending on the area). Land in rural areas, the highest is 14 million VND/m2, the lowest is 400,000 VND/m2, an average increase compared to the current price list in some places at least 1.1 times, the highest place is nearly 4.9 times.
