Hanoi - Ha Dinh social housing project is expected to receive documents in the fourth quarter of 2025.

According to information from the Hanoi Department of Construction, the investor of the Ha Dinh social housing project is a joint venture of UDIC Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation - One Member Co., Ltd., Hanoi Electricity and Water Construction Joint Stock Company - Haweicco, DAC Hanoi Housing Construction and Development Joint Stock Company.

According to the Hanoi Department of Construction, the Ha Dinh social housing project (Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district) was built on plot NO1 of the Ha Dinh new urban area (Tan Trieu commune).

On plot NO1, a 25-storey apartment building will be built, in which from the 1-5 floor there will be a service office space combined with a parking area and auxiliary techniques, from the 6th to the 25th floor there will be an apartment area with 1 basement. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.

The total number of apartments includes 440 apartments, of which the number of social housing apartments is 365, with an area of about 70m2 + 76.24m2. The number of social housing apartments for sale is 255 apartments (apartment area is about 70m2 - 76.24m2). The number of social housing units for rent is 37 apartments (apartment area is about 70m2). Number of social housing units for rent: 73 apartments (apartment area is about 70m2). The number of commercial apartments is 75 (area of about 76.24m2 - 89.82m2).

Subjects of registration and components of social housing purchase registration documents according to the provisions of Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15; Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles of the housing law on the development and management of social housing; Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2024 of the Ministry detailing a number of articles of the Housing Law.

The expected time to receive social housing registration documents is in the fourth quarter of 2025. The selling price of social housing is about 25,000,000 VND/m2, the rental price is about 150,000 VND/m2/month. The rental price for social housing is about 390,000 VND/m2/month. (The above price is only a temporary price. The investor will make an official fake announcement after being assessed by the State Management Agency according to regulations).

The Hanoi Department of Construction noted that the project investor only receives submissions at the above-mentioned location. Request the person applying directly to submit the application, sign the application receipt and register the apartment area wishes.

Documents accompanying the request to submit a certified copy (residence certificate, temporary residence certificate, ID card, citizen identification card, etc.). The dossier submitter is responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the dossier declaration.

Organizations and individuals are strictly prohibited from taking advantage of social housing policies and people's needs to collect money and deposits in violation of regulations. Any fraudulent acts when declaring and confirming the records of buying and renting social housing when discovered (including during the post-inspection process) will be handled according to current regulations.

The Department of Construction recommends that people do not accept transfers contrary to regulations on social housing and do not register to submit applications for social housing at locations not notified by the investor on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction.
