In phase 7, An Phong ward paid compensation and support to 50 households with a total recovered land area of 28,748.3 m2. In which, the area of agricultural land for annual crops allocated for 50 years is 22,791.3 m2 and the area of land belonging to the 5% public land fund is 5,957 m2. The total compensation and support cost paid is more than 20.44 billion VND.
The payment process is organized publicly, transparently, to the right subjects, in accordance with the law, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of households whose land is recovered. Payment work takes place smoothly, receiving the consensus and support of the people.
The Project of Investment in Construction and Business Management of Technical Infrastructure of Trang Due Supporting Industrial Cluster is invested by Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, approved for investment policy by Hai Phong City People's Committee in Decision No. 4379/QD-UBND dated November 20, 2024.
The project has a scale of more than 58 hectares, located in An Phong ward, and is oriented to become a supporting industrial cluster with synchronous and modern infrastructure, attracting high-tech and environmentally friendly businesses, creating favorable conditions for production and business activities, especially supporting businesses in large industrial production chains.
The project is identified as having a strategic location, when adjacent to and directly connected to the existing Trang Due Industrial Park, forming a "closed" production linkage chain in the industrial ecosystem of the area. It is expected that the entire technical infrastructure of the Industrial Cluster will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.
The land recovery area belongs to 2 old An Hoa and Hong Phong wards (now administrative boundaries of An Phong ward). The compensation and support payment work is implemented seriously and in accordance with procedures, showing the efforts of local authorities in accompanying investors, ensuring the legitimate rights of people, contributing to promoting project progress.
