On October 30, the An Phong Ward Compensation and Site Clearance Council paid compensation and support for land and crop trees when the state reclaimed land to implement the Trang Due Supporting Industrial Cluster Investment, Construction and Business Management Project (Phase 5).
In this period, 118 households received compensation with a total cost of over 64 billion VND. The payment includes compensation for land, assets attached to land, trees, crops as well as support for stabilizing life, production and resettlement for affected households.
Payments are organized publicly, transparently, in accordance with the provisions of law and ensure the legitimate rights of the people. This is an important step to speed up the site handover progress, creating favorable conditions for the implementation of key projects in the locality.
Previously, on October 11, An Phong ward organized the payment of compensation for site clearance for the Trang Due Supporting Industrial Cluster Project (phase 4) to 148 households with a total cost of more than 55 billion VND.
The Trang Due Supporting Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Management Project is invested by Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, approved by the Hai Phong City People's Committee in Decision No. 4379/QD-UBND dated November 20, 2024.
The project has a scale of more than 58 hectares, located in An Phong ward, oriented to become an auxiliary industrial cluster with synchronous and modern infrastructure, attracting high-tech enterprises, environmentally friendly, creating favorable conditions for production and business activities, especially auxiliary enterprises in large industrial production chains. The project is identified as having a strategic location, when adjacent and directly connected to the existing Trang Due Industrial Park, forming a "closed" production chain in the industrial ecosystem of the area. It is expected that the entire technical infrastructure of the Industrial Cluster will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.
