Binh Trung Ward People's Committee said that the unit will continue to inspect and handle violating works in the An Phu - An Khanh urban area projects (131 ha), An Phu Development Urban Area (88.03 ha) and other project land areas in the area such as Rach Chiec National Sports Complex, Thu Thiem Station Area of the North - South high-speed railway line.
The ward has also approved a project on the location and scale of temporary construction of works serving temporary sports and business activities in the ward, but emphasized that this project "not legalized for previous violations, works that violate construction order must be handled".
Binh Trung Ward is implementing a project to approve temporary works to operate for the right purpose and within the approved scope.
