Hanoi Department of Justice has just issued a notice and issued regulations on auctioning the right to lease public agricultural land for annual crop production and aquaculture in 20 land plots in Phuc Loc commune (former Vong Xuyen), Hanoi city.
According to the notice, the property auction organization is the Property Auction Service Center (No. 2 Quang Trung Street, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi).
The person with auctioned assets is the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Phuc Loc commune (No. 165 provincial road 417, Sen Phuong 3 village, Phuc Loc commune, Hanoi); auctioning the right to lease public agricultural land for annual crop production and aquaculture in 20 land plots in Phuc Loc commune with a total area of 47,182.8m2.
The origin of assets is land use rights that the state allocates land, leases land with land use fees; with the method of auctioning up the price.
Auction form: Auction according to each land plot, auction by direct voting at the 1 round auction session.
Auction organization plan: From February 26th, 2026 - March 11th, 2026 at the headquarters of the Asset Auction Service Center and the headquarters of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Phuc Loc commune.
Time and place to view auctioned assets: March 4, 5, 6, 2026 at the place where the assets are located. Auction participants who need to see the assets should contact the Center to register to participate in the viewing session organized by the Center and the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Phuc Loc commune.
Time for reviewing customer conditions to participate in the auction: March 12, 2026.
Time and venue for the auction: 8:30 AM on March 16, 2026 at the Hall of the Phuc Loc Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board.
Conditions and methods of registering to participate in the auction: Individuals in the locality (Phuc Loc commune) from 18 years of age or older, with sufficient civil act capacity, with a need to use agricultural land, belonging to the subjects assigned land and leased land by the State specified in Article 119, Article 120 of the 2024 Land Law, not belonging to the cases not allowed to register to participate in the auction according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 38 of the 2016 Property Auction Law, amended and supplemented in Law No. 37/2024/QH15, have submitted applications to participate in the auction, paid money to buy applications, and paid deposits in accordance with regulations.
