Hanoi - According to the new land price list, Pham Ngu Lao and Phung Khac Khoan streets are the two areas with the highest land prices in Son Tay town.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision to amend and supplement a number of contents related to the land price list in the capital, effective immediately and applicable until the end of 2025.

In this price list, Pham Ngu Lao and Phung Khac Khoan streets (from the post office intersection to house number 76) have the highest land prices in Son Tay town - 52.814 million VND/m2. Following are streets such as Pham Hong Thai (45.856 million VND/m2); Phung Khac Khoan - from house number 76 to Chot Nghe (44.688 million VND/m2); Nguyen Thai Hoc (42.378 million VND/m2)... This price applies to plots adjacent to roads and streets.
