Following are streets such as Pham Hong Thai (45.856 million VND/m2); Phung Khac Khoan - from house number 76 to Chot Nghe (44.688 million VND/m2); Nguyen Thai Hoc (42.378 million VND/m2)... This price applies to plots adjacent to roads and streets.
