On the afternoon of August 12, the People's Committee of Hoan Long commune, Hung Yen province organized a conference to publicly conclude and collect opinions on compensation and support plans for households and individuals with land, trees, and assets located within the site clearance area of the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region Construction Investment Project, the intersection with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway section.
At the conference, representatives of the Hoan Long Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board approved the results of inventorying the planned recovered land area, trees, and assets on land of households; and at the same time publicly announced the compensation and support plan for land, trees, and assets on land according to regulations.
According to the plan, the total land area expected to be recovered for the construction of the intersection between Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region and the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway in Hoan Long commune is about 7.1ha, involving more than 100 households and individuals.
Publicizing the plan is to ensure that people have full access to information, check the inventory results, understand the contents related to their rights and directly contribute opinions before competent authorities complete the compensation and support plan.
Notably, through actual counting, some areas with crops were identified as not eligible for compensation and support according to regulations. This content was explained and clarified by representatives of specialized agencies at the conference for people to grasp and implement.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Nguyen Binh - Vice Chairman of Hoan Long Commune People's Committee requested households to carefully study the plan, compare the land area, land type, trees, and assets that have been inventoried; in case of opinions or recommendations, they need to reflect directly to be received and considered according to regulations.
At the same time, the locality continues to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to complete the steps in site clearance work, ensuring publicity, transparency, compliance with regulations, harmonizing the legitimate rights and interests of the State and people, contributing to accelerating the progress of key projects.
The Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region project is of great significance in completing the inter-regional transportation system, strengthening Hanoi's connection with localities in the Capital region, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development.
The synchronous deployment of site clearance work, including the intersection with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway in Hoan Long area, is identified as one of the important tasks of the locality in the coming time.
