In the afternoon of August 6, the Phu Lien Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board coordinated with the Construction, Agriculture and Environment Department of the ward to organize the payment of compensation and support when the State recovers land to implement the Project to invest in the construction of a road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10 through the ward. In this phase, 8 households with residential land subject to recovery were compensated with a total amount of more than 25.3 billion VND.
Up to now, Phu Lien ward has approved compensation and support plans for 143/211 households with residential land under land acquisition for project implementation, with a total approved cost of more than 257.351 billion VND, total area of 13,907 m2. Among them, 96 households have received compensation and support money, total amount of nearly 151.9 billion VND.
The investment project to build the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10 is a key traffic project of the city, which is of great significance in completing the transport infrastructure network, strengthening regional connectivity, and creating motivation for socio-economic development. With the drastic involvement of local Party committees and authorities and the consensus and cooperation of the people, compensation, support and site clearance in Phu Lien ward are being accelerated, contributing to ensuring conditions for the project to be implemented according to plan.
