Households were forced to reclaim land to implement the New Urban Area Construction Investment Project in Duong Kinh District and Kien Thuy District; The Hai Phong Axis Road Construction Investment Project, from Road 353 to Hai Phong Intersection, in Hoa Nghia Ward, Duong Kinh District. These are key projects of great significance to the development of urban infrastructure and inter-regional traffic connectivity of the city.
Up to now, there are 6 households in the New Urban Area Project and 1 household in the Hai Phong Axis Road Project that have not agreed to hand over land and move assets to serve the project implementation.
Before organizing the enforcement, the People's Committee of Duong Kinh District had developed a specific plan, mobilizing forces and means to serve the enforcement work. The enforcement process took place in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring security, order and the legitimate rights of the parties involved.
Up to now, Duong Kinh District has completed site clearance for the Hai Phong Axis Road Project, contributing significantly to promoting the progress of infrastructure projects, serving the socio-economic development goals in the area.
